Heating & Furnace Services in Colorado

Furnace repair, servicing and replacement to keep the heat on through the Colorado winter.

The problem

What customers call us about

A furnace that will not ignite, cuts out mid-cycle, rattles, smells of burning or leaves rooms cold while the thermostat says otherwise.

How we handle it

We service and repair gas and electric furnaces, boilers and heat pumps. That means checking ignition and flame sensing, heat exchanger condition, gas pressure, flue and combustion safety, airflow and controls - not just clearing a fault code and leaving.

Questions about this service

How often should a furnace be serviced?

Once a year, ideally in early autumn before the first cold snap. Most manufacturers also require annual servicing to keep a warranty valid.

My furnace runs but upstairs is still cold. Why?

That is usually an airflow or duct balance issue rather than a furnace fault. We measure airflow and check duct runs before recommending work.
